Ashish Kumar 

Ashish leads and manages incubation- and innovation-themed venture investments and programs across the Shell Foundation portfolio, such as Circular Economy, Climate Finance, Renewables/CleanTech, Agriculture, Mobility etc. Prior to this, Ashish has more than a decade of experience in consulting and in-house roles in private-, public, and development sectors. He brings in expertise in Human Centred Design and systems thinking, and has worked with several multilaterals, DFIs and private sector clients on bottom-up innovation interventions across Sub-Saharan Africa and India.

Biswarup Banerjee

Mr. Biswarup Banerjee, Program Manager, Renewable Energy, IKEA Foundation is working on a variety of projects that address access to renewable energy solutions for last-mile families and communities in India & Africa. He is especially interested in issues focusing on renewable energy finance, market-based access to renewable energy products, and renewable powered livelihoods across different value chains. In the past, he has worked with the government of India and international non-profits in the areas of water & sanitation, child protection, gender, education.

As the CEO of 1Bridge, Madan focuses on extending rural last-mile services providing access, choice and convenience to rural consumers by leveraging the power of local entrepreneurs and technology. He is the co-founder of Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship and is a Managing Trustee at Head Held High, a not-for-profit organisation focused on poverty reduction.

Mukesh Sharma 

Mukesh is a co-founder of Menterra, an investment fund platform that addresses issues facing agriculture, healthcare, and education through private investments that target commercial returns and sectoral impact. Over the last 18 years, Mukesh has invested in and worked on deals in several emerging and frontier markets. Earlier, he was the Chief Investment Officer at Villgro, has been a non-executive director on the board of several companies and has advised the promoters and board of companies.

Saskia Werther 

Saskia manages the Circular Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Energy programs at DOEN Foundation and has been with the foundation since 2014. Prior to DOEN Foundation, Saskia has worked in the social enterprise and impact investing sector in South and South-East Asia. Saskia started her career in banking at ABN AMRO in the Netherlands and the Dutch Antilles.

Satish B. Agnihotri 

Prof. Agnihotri has been a career bureaucrat and has served the Government of India and State Government of Odisha in several capacities. He was Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture discharging the role of Financial Advisor. He was CEO of the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency, Director Industries and District Magistrate in Dhenkanal District.
